| The
Indirect Modell is equipped with a high retrieve ratio, an
Anti-Reverse System and an easily accessible sensitive braking system. Due
to the position of the brake adjustment lever, just slightly above the
reel body it is easily accessible and can be reached from both sides of
the reel. It is called Indirect because the braking system is not an
integrated part of the spool, but of the pinion of the step-up gear. As with all of our reels they are constructed from high-tensible aluminium alloys and the step-up gears are made from low wear copper/zinc alloys. The spool rotation is via roller bearings Thus providing extemely smooth running and a low heat build-up in case of a hard and long running fish. |
